River Lunches are the best

Most American river rafting lunches include a great number of options.  When you do take a break from the exhilarating rapids of the morning.   During and after an exciting day paddling on the American river there is nothing better than a delicious spread of mouth watering food! Lunch is typically served between 11:30 am – 12:30 pm on the river and laid out by your guide, then you can prepare your own delicious deli sandwich any way you like.  A typical lunch includes several types of bread, lunch meats, cheeses.  A variety of fresh vegetables, relishes and fruit, salad, chips, cookies, lemonade and water.  Plenty of fixings for any vegetarians in the group!

Guide Service

Your trusty american river guide …will get it all set up for you, most of the time, right on the banks of the river.  On most trips, the lunch is brought down the river in water tight coolers, just in case of a dumping of the raft in the rapids.  Your trip will pull to the side of a beautiful sandy beach and get everything ready for you right before your mouth watering eyes.  The willl slice and dice all the trimmings, set up the meats and cheeses.  All is a beautiful arrangement that you hardly want to disturb – right, go ahead and did in!  So all in all, American river rafting lunch is Greeeeeat!
